I'm a bundle of energy and love a good conversation. My life's mission is to inspire people to step out and embrace life's adventures. With over 13 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, my journey began when I discovered the incredible impact exercise had on me.

It transformed me into a better version of myself, bringing control, calmness, and clarity into my life. Exercise became my outlet, a source of energy, and a way to manage anxiety and depression. Fast forward, I became a Personal Trainer and delved into various courses, including pre & post-natal and specializing in women's health and fat loss. But let's shift the focus from me to you.


Think of me as your personal planner, like a wedding planner, but this time, it's all about you! We'll tailor your training to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, whether it's at home or in the gym. From tracking your daily steps to workouts, and even offering a helping hand with nutrition, I've got you covered. I can provide meal ideas, help with meal planning, and support you every step of the way.

We've got an app that puts everything at your fingertips. Progress photos, measurements, your weekly plan, direct messaging, and instructional videos for each exercise - it's all right there. Plus, you can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins, and much more.

I understand the importance of feeling your absolute best in your dream dress and the stress that often comes with wedding planning. I got married just eight months after my son was born, juggling a caesarean recovery, a full-time job, and the challenges of being a first-time mom, all while planning a wedding with my now-husband working away most of the time.
