As time went on I took place in challenges and started pushing myself way out of my comfort zone. I started mud runs and training in different styles I never thought I would be capable of. I started to understand mindset and its power as well as become so much more aware of the power of food. I found myself researching and looking into food, mindset and exercise in my own downtime as the capability of the human body started to fascinate me. I started to tell friends and family about all the information I had discovered and never shut up. My parents told me to stop annoying people, go and do an actual course so you can help people instead of lecture them about it, and that is exactly what I did.
I enrolled into the Australian Institute of Fitness and never looked back! After Personal training I continued with group fitness, boxing, kickboxing, pre & post natal and many other courses and different styles of training including seasons of mud runs, circuits, powerlifting and many more. In 2017 I completed my Advanced Certificate in Nutritional Counselling and continued to complete Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Expert. I continue to expand my knowledge and education in fitness, Health, Exercise and Nutrition I am currently expanding into the study of Bowen Therapy. I am extremely grateful and lucky to have worked with many amazing and knowledgeable professionals. This is not just a job this is my life.
