Q: How do I access my Soul+ membership?

A: You'll receive an email (and thank you page) immediately after purchase with your login details. Click the link and log in to access all your content. For easy access, your membership lives under the 'Soul+' tab (probably where you found this page) in the main menu. Access is intuitive. If you are logged in, your learning portal is viewable. If you are logged out, this sales page will show instead.

Q: It mentions some of the content isn't available yet. What's that about?

A: Correct, and this is why we are offering an early bird discount! As this is a new offering, we are still finalising some of the content for upload or connection. For example, the audio articles will have a slower release due to the high number of articles we have. That said, you still have access to lots of content to keep you busy until everything is live and functional.

Q: Can I ask Kim or guests question in the live sessions?

A: Absolutely! Regardless of what type of session Kim is running, she will always leave time for general questions at the end. Of course, it goes without saying that she won't always have time to answer everyone's questions, depending on the number of participants and questions asked. What Kim loves to do is answer the questions that will help everyone - keep this in mind when asking.

Q: How often will we get new content?

A: New content will be added monthly, so there will always be something new to discover.

Q: What if I don't receive my access email?

A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us on [email protected] immediately and we'll resend your access details again right away.
