Session 2. Form and foundations
What have you tried before? What did your soul already whisper? We explore past attempts, projects, and ideas that carried pieces of your essence — what worked, what didn’t, and what you learned. This stage brings insight and compassion, making space for what’s ready to evolve, a more aligned next iteration to take form.
Outcome: A clearer sense of how your soul work has sought to express before — and what’s next.
Explore the possible containers your essence could take — a book, a course, a body of writing, a business offering, or another creative project. As you imagine these forms, you’ll also sift through your past expressions, noticing what felt aligned and what no longer fits.
This dual lens — future possibilities and past lessons — grounds your vision in both inner truth and lived experience. Between sessions, you’ll gather examples of your past work or ideas, bringing clarity and direction into this stage.
CONNECTION
Session 3. Resonant Audience Tuning
You’re not here for everyone — you’re here for the ones who light up when you speak your truth. We identify who those people are, how they feel your resonance, and how your work speaks directly to them.
Here, we attune to the people who are meant to receive your work - those who feel your resonance, even before the words are formed. We explore soul audience, soul family, and who steps forward when you hold your light steady.

INTEGRATION / embodiment
Session 6. Integration & Illumination
Who you’ve become is as important as what you’ve made. We reflect, integrate, and anchor this new presence into your life and work, opening to what’s next. What's different in your being, your presence, your field. what new frequency do you carry now? You'll anchor this shift in your system and gentlyopen to what's next. This is a sacred threshold of celebration, embodiment and future seeding.

6. Embodiment — Integration & Illumination
Anchor your new presence. By this stage, you’ll be embodying your brand with clarity, confidence, and radiance.
You’ll integrate the work we’ve done so it feels natural and sustainable — a way of being, not just a project. And often, by the time you arrive here, the very connections you opened earlier in the process have begun to ripple back. Relationships seeded in Stage 3 may already be turning into early client opportunities, giving you a lived sense of traction and flow.
