what's included?

  • Uninterupted service hours on your service day.

  • About 3 additional hours used for prep, meetings, and follow-up.

  • Email and 1:1 exclusive Voxer communication during the service hours in case either of us has questions.

  • 5 business days of post-service day support via email.

  • Full-Day: $1,200 (ask about the November special)

  • Half-Day and multi-day options are also available starting at $600

how it works

  • We meet and decide what your day will look like.

  • We put it on the schedule and you pay a 50% deposit.**

  • You provide detailed information about your project or tasks.

  • I go through what you send me, develop a plan, meet with you to review the plan, and then I do final preperations for your service day.

  • When the day arrives, I remove myself from my daily activities and work exclusively on your tasks and projects.

When your service is complete you will receive:

  • a video recap

  • a written summary of what was completed and any next steps

  • 5 business days of post-service day support via email

**Your rate is locked in for 90 days from the time your first payment is received. Current rates are subject to change at any time. Additional half, and full day service days may be added at a 20% discount within 30 days of completion. Rates subject to change based on the complexity and volume of work to be done.

"How does it work?"

  • First We Meet​

    We hop on Zoom and discuss what you need, when you need it, and decide if we are a good fit.

  • You pay a 50% deposit and reserve your service day.

  • Information Gathering

    Once your deposit is received, I will send you a questionnaire. Your answers will provide the details of your project. I will begin doing pre-work and developing a draft game plan. We will probably be in contact with one another between our first and second meeting if I need clarification, if either of us has questions, and for you to review the draft game plan.

  • Review Meeting

    About 2 weeks prior to your service day, we'll get back together to go over everything and make sure we're on track. If there are any changes, we'll take care of them at that time.

  • Access

    You will need to provide access to the systems, apps, documentation, etc. that I need to get the work done. I ask to have access no less than 5 days before your service day so I have time to test the logins and get what I'll need.

  • Service Day

    We meet for a few minutes to kick things off. Then I hunker down and get to work. I open a voxer conversation with you in case either of us has questions during the day.

  • Deliverables

    When your service is complete you will receive:

    - a video recap

    - a written summary of what was completed and any next steps

    - 5 business days of post-service day support via email

What are Daily Services?

A dedicated day (or half day) where I help you with projects and tasks quickly and efficiently so you can focus the things you do best.

Sounds great! How does it work?

First, we chat to see if this is the right solution for you. If so, you reserve your service day, sign the service agreement, and submit a 50% deposit. Next, I send you a questionnaire to help me understand the details of your business and the project you want help with. Once you return it, I start planning and work with you to make sure your service day is a success.

What's your cancellation policy?

I guarantee your service day and rate for 90 days after receipt of your 50% deposit. You may reschedule your service day within those 90 days if something should come up. There are no cancellations or refunds.

Do you offer a payment plan?

You will pay a 50% deposit up front and the balance when your service day is completed. You can schedule your service day within 90-days of paying your deposit. This provides you flexibility with scheduling and the timing of your final payment.

Thanks to an unexpected head injury, I tapped into my 20+ years of experience in the corporate and small business worlds to change my “living and working in chaos” ways and embrace simplification, organization, automation, planning, and doing one thing at a time. This lead to what I do today:

I provide female coaches and service providers with business strategy and consulting services that focus on operations - back-office, finance, and support services. I work with them to understand their current situation and business goals and go from where they are to where they want to be.
