When you purchase the custom business tracker you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire. This information is what I use to customize the spreadsheet to fit your business needs.
Once I receive your questionnaire I get to work. When the customization is done, I'll send you an email with an invitation to schedule your onboarding session.
At the onboarding session, I will give you the link to your spreadsheet, review how to use it, and answer any questions you have.

That's up to you! You can update it whenever you want, but I recommend setting aside time weekly or every two weeks. That way you can stay on top of things and not feel the pressure of being behind. How long it takes depends on how many entries you need to make.
